1. Who We Are

voxara (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered online platform for IELTS exam preparation, operated by Бабич Даниил Дмитриевич (Babich Daniil Dmitrievich), a self-employed individual registered under Russian tax law (самозанятый, НПД). Contact: hello@voxara.cards

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

3. Description of Service

voxara provides AI-assisted tools for IELTS preparation, including vocabulary flashcards with spaced repetition, writing essay evaluation, speaking practice with AI feedback, and reading comprehension exercises. The Service is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

IELTS Affiliation Disclaimer. voxara is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English, the official organisations administering the IELTS exam. AI-generated band scores and feedback are for self-assessment and practice only and do not represent or predict official IELTS results.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

voxara offers the following plans:

Payments are processed through lava.top. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Your subscription activates immediately upon confirmed payment. Access is granted within minutes.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@voxara.cards. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue automatic refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service, contact us within 7 days of the payment date and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.

EU / EEA consumers: In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by starting to use the digital service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right. If you have not used any Pro features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price increase via email and/or an in-app notification. Continuing to use the Service after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by artificial intelligence, including writing feedback, band score estimates, reading passages, speaking assessments, vocabulary suggestions, and study plans, is provided for educational purposes only. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies.

AI-generated scores are not official IELTS scores. Do not use AI feedback as a substitute for professional instruction, examination preparation courses, or advice from qualified IELTS tutors. voxara makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where feasible. We are not liable for any losses, data loss, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or changes.

11. Intellectual Property

Content you submit to the Service (essays, audio recordings, text inputs) remains your property. You grant voxara a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, for example by sending it to an AI model for evaluation. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

AI-generated feedback, study plans, and other Service-generated content are the intellectual property of voxara. The voxara name, logo, and design are our trademarks.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, voxara’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to achieve a particular IELTS band score.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the Russian Federation.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the effective date.
